From the date of delivery of the products you purchased; You are entitled to return the products within 14 days on condition that they do not use the products and do not cause any damage.

In order for refunds to take place:

• Please inform us at info@kidoniyes.com for your product return request and the reason,
• Invoice of the product,
• The product to be returned and all accessories and parts for this product must be delivered in a complete and undamaged manner.

In the absence of one or more of these conditions, no refund will be performed.

RETURN PROCESS PROCESS

PRODUCT RETURN REQUEST should be sent to info@kidoniyes.com before e-mail. Refunds made in any other way or intended to be performed by telephone shall not be taken into consideration.

All costs incurred during the product return process belong to the customer. If the document or product itself is sent with a counter-payment, the transaction will not be started and the document or product will not be received.

PAYMENT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT

For payments made by credit card, the product amount is returned to the bank within 7 (seven) days. The subsequent reflection of the amount to your account is entirely related to the bank transaction processes. It can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for the credit card to be credited to your account.

For payments made by wire transfer / EFT, the refund period is reflected to your account within 7 days at the latest.
